Intensive 1:   28 Days Programme.

Daily Schedule as (Full Family or Private)

  • 5:00 – 6:00 AM = Wake up and get ready
  • 6:00 – 6:45 =  Meditation
  • 6:45 – 7:00 = Tea break
  • 7:00 – 9:00 = Yoga Asana practice
  • 9:00 – 10:00 = Breakfast
  • 10:00 – 1:00 = Karma yoga and healing on your work place or home.
  • 1:00 – 3:00 PM = Lunch break
  • 3:00 – 4:00 = Yoga philosophy and healing
  • 4:00 – 5:30 = Meditation

Five days in a week

Intensive 2:  3 Days in a Week (Morning/Evening)

Course:  Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama.
